Refund & Return Policy

All products are eligible if they have been unused, seal is not broken, the wrongs size, &/or wrong colour.

To initiate the return/ refund policy please contact customer care: info@bundutec.co.za / 063 872 7667, within 30 days from date of purchase. Please have your receipt/ order number as a reference.

We offer a store credit, exchange & full refund on condition that the product is unused / seal is not broken / size is incorrect / colour is incorrect.

The processing time for a refund is 5-7 Business days once we have received the returned item.

We are liable for the return shipping costs. Our return shipping address is Unit 4 Fairpark road, fairleads, Benoni, 1501.

In the case of damaged products please take pictures and videos as proof of damage.

Terms and Conditions: No-returnable products are camp guard if the seal has been broken.
